• Really Important 9-24-05 Update - I'm trying out some new software on the website that's supposed to stop spammers from mining the site for email addresses. If you see any email link on one of my pages that looks weird (duplicated "click here" or gibberish and the like) or if you click on a link to send me email and the message bounces back as a bad email address, would you PLEASE let me know??? If an email bounces back, if you know what page you clicked a link on, that would also be helpful, but the subject line of the email and/or the email address that it was sent TO (one of mine at Goblinville) would help me in tracking down the problems. And if you ever email with a question and don't hear back, please let me know and try again - sometimes my email accounts act up or I misplace an email before I can respond or the site's getting a spam attack.
  
  OK - for any of the above type problems, please send an email to problems <at-sign> goblinville.com - I'm listing it that way and not as an email link so I don't get an avalanche of spam. I think everyone's "techie" enough these days to be able to figure out how the address really gets entered into your email software, right? And keep this in mind - any website that shows your email address - spammers can find it! That includes mailing lists you might be on like Yahoo Groups and the like, so think twice about putting your email address on those type of messages. Your email address is hidden in the header of the message, but if you sign-off a message with your email address (i.e. "Thanks gang! Bob@blah-blah-blah.com") they can find you that way. Gee, I guess poor old "Bob@blah-blah-blah.com" will be getting a load of spam once the spambots read this page... <grin>
