Here are some pictures from Halloween 1999 - it was a busy year with a new business starting up and other commitments, so our Halloween party was a little smaller, more intimate and relaxed. Outside the decorations were almost the same as in the past with the addition of a fog machine and a witch, apparently blinded by the fog who flew into the side of the garage with an enormous SPLAT! Almost forgot - I added some new signs from sponsors like the Kay Daver Motel - "Where guests check in but they don't check out . . ." and as always, help wanted . . . on the graveyard shift! And remember - No broom parking - violators will be toad!
I didn't have as much time to experiment with the fog machine as I would have liked to - but be sure to check back next year! I've since discovered how to use the machine, $20 worth of additional odds & ends and a little tweaking to make a ground-hugging blanket of creeping fog . . .
The first picture shows the our usual dry-ice in the fountain fog. Picture 2, 3 & 4 show what a 1 second burst from the fog machine produces . . . it was a little breezy Halloween night so the fog swirled up a little more than anticipated between pushing the button and dashing out front with the camera.
